We will learn by doing! For this class, we will be starting a “pop up” coffee shop and trading post. For the first semester, we learned business fundamentals required for starting a small business and we focused on planning and getting ready to open the business. We worked on a business plan and planned our first event selling coffee and snacks at Saturday basketball games. During the second semester, we will continue to learn about business fundamentals and we will operate our pop up coffee shop during lunch time at Mater Dei! Tuition is $120, payable to the instructor.
This semester will have a focus on outdoor fun. We will end each class with a multi-sport team competition, and start each class with a focus on eye hand coordination, agility and building relationships. Coach Mikita will incorporate prayer, Christian brotherhood, and all Frassati Sports "Training for Heaven" themes into his training. Tuition is $120, payable to the instructor.

I have five sons and have been homeschooling for the last 18 years. During this time I have also been a business owner. My entrepreneurship started when I was in college with my children’s birthday party entertainment business. After college I started and ran a bookkeeping business and then a customer satisfaction consulting business. As a young mother, I started and owned a natural mothering website and maternity boutique in Omaha, NE from 2003-2006. In 2006, I started a communications and IT business with my husband in Albuquerque, NM and we currently operate the business in Angel Fire, NM and here in Littleton, CO. We connect businesses, hospitality properties, condo complexes, and vacation homes to broadband and WiFi, satellite TV, and internet based phone service- and we maintain all of those systems. St. Zelie Martin has been a model to me in my endeavors and I will seek her intercession as I start a new venture with enterprising young homeschoolers, seeking to teach them to be creative and principled entrepreneurs. I am a parishioner at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Littleton.
